Project Manager 

 

Position description:

ARRB Group Inc. provides survey equipment technology, and data collection services on local and state road networks within North America.

This position is required to coordinate and adequately project manage client contracts with ARRB Group. This position will work with all resources within ARRB Group (and the parent company ARRB Systems), to ensure the project tasks, deliverables, quality and schedules are maintained to a high standard.

This position will have a large amount of interaction with the field operators, data processors, technicians and end customer.

This position will also be in constant communication with external clients to ensure their expectations are being met with their projects

This position will increase the efficiency, quality and client management of the ARRB Group team. It will also strengthen the relationships between ARRB and the clients to ensure that we continue to win repeat work and provide a high level of service.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Project management and leadership of assigned contract jobs within ARRB Group, North American operations, with full responsibility for the delivery performance of assigned project outcomes and achievement financial and time targets.
  • Manage project outputs to ensure ARRB maintains a strong focus on project quality, timeliness and delivering outcomes that meet the needs of our customers and ensure a strong, happy and loyal customer base.
  • In conjunction with the Technical Quality manager ensure delivery of projects to high quality and agreed timelines.
  • In conjunction with the Business Development Managers ensure the interests of ARRB Group and customers are met through coordination of the group’s capability and capacity.
  • Acting as an agent for the ARRB Group (and the parent company ARRB Systems), full capability in the relevant market.

Skills:

  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering, preferably with a post graduate in an applicable field.
  • Greater than 5 year’s industry experience. Preferably in road data collection or asset management.
  • Well regarded and established relationships in Industry.
  • Willingness to regularly travel within the USA and internationally when required.
  • High-level presentation skills.
  • High level personnel skills
  • High level time management skills
  • Ability to operate with a wide variety of work cultures and conditions.
  • Valid driving licence
  • Valid Passport, or ability to obtain one

 

Appointment details

  • Permanent full-time appointment
  • Duty hours: 40hours/week, 8.30am to 5.00pm with 45 minutes lunch break. This role may require flexibility in start and end times, with some travel.
  • Annual Salary Package: To be negotiated based on skills and industry experience
  • Performance Incentive Scheme & Appraisal
  • 401k contribution of 50% of the first 6% employee contribution
  • 3 weeks (15 days) of vacation leave, plus five days of sick leave.
  • Health Care Benefits coverage based on employee contribution.

Data Analyst 

Position description:

ARRB Group Inc. provides survey equipment technology, and data collection services on local and state road networks within North America.

This position is required to focus on the timely and accurate processing of collected of road inventory and pavement condition data.

This position will work with all resources within ARRB Group (and the parent company ARRB Systems), to ensure the processed deliverables and final output quality are maintained to a high standard.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Data processing, data collation, checking and management.
  • Processing of condition and strength data into database and geospatial formats as required by various clients.
  • Part of team providing prompt high quality delivery results to clients.
  • Performance of assigned project outcomes and achievement of time targets.
  • In conjunction with the Project Manager and Technical Quality manager ensure delivery of projects to high quality and agreed timelines.

  • Greater than 2 year’s industry experience preferred. Preferably in road data collection or asset management.
  • High level time management skills
  • Ability to operate with a wide variety of work cultures and conditions.

Systems Technician

This position is required to focus on the technical support, assembly, calibration and testing of complex computer and sensor based equipment to enable trouble free, accurate collection of road inventory and pavement condition data.

This position will work with resources within ARRB Group (and the parent company ARRB Systems), to ensure equipment is assembled, maintained and supported to a high standard.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Assembly, calibration, verification and technical support of ARRB equipment supplied to clients
  • Deliver training on equipment operation and calibration processes to clients
  • Technical support and maintenance of ARRBs internal fleet of equipment
  • Part of team providing prompt high quality support to clients.
